EPIC People come together to build expertise, create professional opportunities, learn new skills and frameworks, find inspiration and diverse perspectives, and rise to new challenges.We invite you to join EPIC: a non-profit organization and global community of researchers, creators, innovators, and leaders doing ethnography for impact in business and organizations.
Membership Fee: US $150 annual subscription; renews automatically 12 months after you become a member.
As a member, you’ll have wonderful opportunities to participate in learning & networking events all year, as well as access our collection of tutorials and recent conference video.
Advancing ethnography, crafting our careers, and catalyzing positive change are collective endeavors. We are a warm, generous group of people who believe in collaborating, learning, debating, and creating together. Crucially, your membership also makes our non-profit, volunteer-driven community possible.

| Learning Week | A week-long, online festival of learning in May! Talks, workshops, and keynotes are FREE for members. Learning Week programs are accessible through our event calendar when they become available. |
| Annual Conference (In-person) | Join our famous annual conference: the essential event for practitioners using an ethnographic or sociocultural lens for sensemaking and transformation. |
| Conference Livestream | Members can freely access our conference livestream. The broadcast includes keynotes and thematic sessions. Viewers have the opportunity to submit questions to speakers and chat with each other and our lively moderators on site. |
| Tutorials | Tutorials are half-day mini-courses offered by experts in the EPIC community. Members receive $150 off our regular rates. |
| Member Directory | We are re-launching our Member Directory in Q2 2025! Current members will be able to create and browse member profiles, including job title, employer, specializations, location, contact preferences, and more. (Individuals may opt out.) |
